1 AverageThankfully i booked the stay for one day and it costed 3000/- for premium room. i am attaching the pictures to look at the room condition. when we entered the room the room smelled of smoke, asked for room freshener and even then also the smell was strong. the tea kit provided only had two tea bags, nothing else, neither sugar nor milk! i have no idea if the kettle was working! anddd ac - oh my god! it's broken and literally does nothing just a show piece (picture attached) the remote doesn't work either! when told to the staff his reply was "maine kar diya h ap remote ko chedo maat" and that is unprofessional (my personal opinion) cause the tone was bad. there's a table but no chairs. the walls look horrible got the bedsheets changed and they provided a damaged bedsheet. just think this is the condition of a premium room which costs 3000/-. such a waste! stay at the cheapest hotel room and maybe that is a better one than this. not recommended at all.Mahajabin Fatema, 23 Jul

1 AverageIt was the worst experience ever. we were not allowed to check in because the tariff which we had paid (through booking.com) was low and the staff was asking for extra money! after more than 2 hours we were allowed to check in. the first room that they sent us to didn't have a geyser and the second room, their geyser was not working. the third room didn't have proper doors and just glass sliding doors whose locks were not working properly. overall it was the worst experience ever and i don't recommend it at all.Akash, 22 Nov

4 Very GoodService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 17 Dec

5 FabulousFood was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my hotel. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarianRadhakrishan Nair, 5 Dec

3 GoodExcellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.Birjesh, 3 Feb
