Terrible experience – would not recommend
i stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and the experience was extremely disappointing. basic cleanliness and service standards were not maintained. the room was dirty, had a foul smell throughout the stay, and the ac was not working at all, making the environment very uncomfortable. to make matters worse, the room telephone was dead, so we had to physically go to the reception every time we needed assistance.
when i raised these concerns with the receptionist, mr. amar, he openly admitted that they were already aware of these issues, including a non-functional geyser. he promised a room change, but no action was ever taken.
food service was equally poor. we had to personally inform the reception that we wanted bread with our masala omelette since the room phone didn’t work. still, only the omelette was served. when we questioned it, mr. amar casually replied, “we thought you didn’t want bread,” showing a clear lack of communication and attention to detail.
the bathroom door handle and lock were broken, adding to the overall discomfort. linen, including bath towels, was clearly unwashed. even though the booking was for two people, only one towel and one bottle of water were provided. when asked about the second water bottle, we were told it would be ro-filtered tap water, which they served chilled to avoid suspicion—an unacceptable and deceptive practice.
this was an all-around horrible experience—from the lack of hygiene and broken amenities to the poor service and careless staff behavior. i strongly urge others to avoid this hotel unless major improvements are made.

Dirty rooms and washroom, housekeeping guy was using a very dirty cloth to clean anything. it was stinking. the only thing they do is to put some room freshner and that is what they call cleaning. hair everywhere. seems the blanket and pillow was not even changed. ac was boken and kept switching on itself. tv only had few bengali channels. the only thing good was the kitchen staff, reception staff and food. rest a big no to the hotel. all 5 star reviews you see for this hotel is done by its staff. anybody who stayed at this hotel will always give negative review. beware!!

Location wise it’s good. improve room cleanliness. pillow covers, bedsheets, bed, room walls, furniture were stained. quilt was smelling bad. lot of mosquitoes were there. ac remote was non functional. television showed irrelevant bangla language channels. no dental kit. too many people making reception area chaotic. cannot compromise on cleanliness at all. the only thing good was location.

Pathetic service ,conditions of rooms are average like oyo rooms ,no proper connectivity of wifi,we really had a bad experience last night…prices of room are high becoz its fab hotel but the hospitality is really poor according to it ..i recommend oyo rooms are much better and cheaper…needs to serve better according to the stay. we cannot count under 2-3 star property.highly disappointed.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.
