So one things which i can mention about the room - that is not as shown as in pictures , reality is something different, my stay was at room no. 205 2nd floor , room is not clean , bedsheet have lots of holes and comforter also in a bad condition and coming back to ac which is running but colling is not there and remote is also not working , coming back to washroom - there is not shower gel provided , washroom also not clean and towel which is provided to me is also very old and in a expiry condition , in wardrobe there is no hanger available so that at least we can hang our coat-paint , in short staff is good , food is also good but property is not good or you can the room 205 provided to me is v.bad , overall experience is not good and i'll not prefer this property in future.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. the service was the worst i've encountered. no breakfast options at all and only available after 8:45 am since the chef arrives at 8:30 am and what he will give. also complimentary breakfast quantity was only one paratha or puribhaji. only tea was available for free, and you had to pay extra for coffee. they replaced only one towel when asked, otherwise, they did not change the towels.
the staff were incredibly rude. the food was overpriced, although the taste and quantity were good. the geyser was not working, which was inconvenient as i was staying during december winter. the hotel seemed to cater mostly to couples seeking privacy, rather than regular guests. there was no bin in the bathroom despite providing tissue paper. the person taking orders in the kitchen behaved as if he was doing us a favor.
if you asked for water, they provided tap water in a bisleri bottle, and you had to pay extra for a packed bottle. overall, it was a very unpleasant stay, and i would not recommend this hotel to others. i am forced to give 1 star as there are no option for negative rating. avoid this hotel at any cost.

While booking on booking.com the hotel name was showing fab hotel grand olive but actual hotel name is hotel admire in. after booking immediately i was forced to make part payment and on reaching the hotel staff was forced us to make balance payment. i have paid 12971 to fab hotel and rest at counter of hotel admire in. there were pathetic conditions of room and washroom. no clean beds and pillow were smelling lot. my stay was totally terrible. mosquitos were flying inside the room. my stay was including breakfast, but they said there kitchen starts after 0830 so got late for my office. very next day they provide 2 small pieces of bread along with tea. in your menu, it is written wholesome breakfast, but this is serious cheating in that name. most important i haven't received invoice of 12971 and amount of room in invoice showing wrong. the towel was dirty hence not used. very very pathetic experience. please stop cheating and do some improvements.

Review: worst hotel experience ever
i had the most disappointing stay at this hotel. the room was filthy, with dirty towels and stained bedsheets that were clearly not washed. hygiene was completely lacking, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay even for a single night.
the toilet was equally disgusting—dirty, old, and poorly maintained. it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. the staff, except for a young waiter who was polite and helpful, were rude and arrogant. their attitude made the entire experience even worse. to top it off, the breakfast was served at an absurdly late hour (9 am), which is highly inconvenient for anyone who has plans or needs an early start.
i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. save your money and stay somewhere that values cleanliness and customer service.

Dear team,
i want to raise a complaint regarding my previous booking.
the hotel was very unprofessional, rude and without any basic services. this morning they denied hot drinking water, yesterday i spoke to your customer care representative for complaining about smelly rooms. rooms were dirty and smelly, yesterday night i asked for an extra blanket because the blanket given was not enough but they flatly denied and the staff at reception was very rude and even seem that he was drunk.
today morning they denied for complimentary breakfast. what can i say a very very sad and pathetic experience booking this fab hotel. also there was no name of hotel fab olive grand
shower not working water leakage in bathroom, dustbins were not clean
bed side table was dirty photos attached.
