They are not allowed unmarried couple so book accordingly. i had to change the hotel. staff behaviour was good and helpful

Every time i book using fab credits, the amount of fab credits doesn't reflect in the hotel staff's system. then i have to waste 15 - 20 mins calling up the fabhotels customer care to have it reflect in the hotel s system. next time onwards i will stop booking with fabhotels if you can't take care of this simple thing. why should the customer have to call separately again? can't you take care of it? this is the second time it has happened. remember customer has lots of choice, and in the hospitality industry customer experience will bring you repeat business. if you are incapable of understanding this simple rule, you don't deserve my business

Our stay at ivy inn for six days was very comfortable.sh.raju sharma,manager of the extended all the required services alongwith his team . commendable indeed.went a mile ahead serving me homely dal chawal when i fell ill for two days during the stay.all my other relatives from other states enjoyed their stay here.they too had booked here to attend a wedding in the family.strongly recommended property for stay in noida.
