1 AverageWorst hotel i had ever visited in my life. no cooperation at all, dont know how to manage and attend guests. we visited there in the morning at 8 am they charged extra money by saying that our checkin and checkout time is 12 at mid and will be charged you only for 24 hours then you'll be charged 100 rupees per hour we had taken only 4 more hours and they had forced ud to pay full amount .then we asked them to either charge as per your commitment or we'll complaint against you. 1)staff behavior was not suffesticated 2)food we had ordered was not hygienic 3) washrooms are untidy 4) bedsheets are not tidy having strains all over. my opinion is not upto mark won't recommend anyone to go and stuck there.Harsh Aggarwal, 8 Jul

1 AverageVery small room. comode sit broken and kept on floor. telephone not working. no hangers in cup board. bathroom mug dirty. no hot water. only one towel provided for 2 persons. no drinking water glass available. front desk attendant was rude. early check in problem. after lot of request they agreed on payment of extra rs. 800/-. worst stay in my life..U Pradhan, 25 Sep

5 FabulousVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Mobin, 2 Sep

3 GoodThe location and the hotel is great from outside but the room maintenance is very poor. the bathroom smells like a public toilet and there is no ventilation. also, there is no hot water in the bathroom. they have good restaurant and food quality is also good.Sanjeev Kharbanda, 9 May
