The hotel has strangely good reviews due to which we booked the place. however, the situation is totally opposite. the rooms were dirty and full of mosquitoes, and lizards who would welcome you to the bathroom. the hot water facility was challenging and the food options were not even basic. even if i go ahead and talk about the brand fabhotels the customer support is also disappointing. i had done a premium room booking for two adult ladies and did the booking in my name. when i reached there with my friend and we were about to check in they asked me to pay extra charges for the extra person. i was so baffled because the premium room accommodates two adults and that was what i booked. however,they didn't co-operate or give us a logical understanding of the expenses.they didn't even reimburse the advance i had paid for which i must have received a 100 msgs back to back the day i had booked until i made the payment. we were two ladies and it was already evening and the team just outrightly exploited our situation. when i told the receptionist that i will write a review on this they tried to pacify us by giving a better room but even that had poor infrastructure with broken window sils, non working geyser and no towels or complimentary water for the guests.i have attached the image of the mattress given to us and that too was changed after continuous request of two hours. i don't know if this is a specific experience or if it is the general experience for all. except for one service guy himanshu (who really tried to be nice and got us shifted from our so called premium room) i have no words for others. the city prayagraj had been the best experience for us with honest people and thoughtful arrangements.this hotel however where we thought we would rest was the bad memory of this trip .

Very disappointed – stay away! this was one of the worst hotel experiences i’ve ever had. the room was filthy — dust everywhere, stained sheets, water leakage from ac and to make matters worse, i found ants and even a mouse in the bedroom! totally unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that charges this much. the service was equally terrible. staff were rude, unhelpful, and didn’t seem to care at all about the condition of the place or the comfort of the guests. when i raised complaints, they acted like it was normal. i would never recommend this hotel to anyone. if you care about cleanliness, safety, and basic decency — avoid this place at all costs!

I recently stayed and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. i would like to share my concerns in hopes that it helps future guests make informed decisions. **service quality:** the service at the hotel was very poor. this made our stay quite uncomfortable. **room conditions:** upon arrival, our room was not clean. it was dusty and appeared to have been neglected. this was very disappointing and added to our discomfort during our stay. **overall experience:** this experience left my family and me feeling frustrated and unhappy. we were expecting a pleasant stay, but instead, it turned out to be quite painful due to the lack of attention to cleanliness and service. in conclusion, i strongly advise potential guests to reconsider staying at this hotel. our experience was disappointing, and i wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same situation. thank you for reading, and i hope this feedback helps others in choosing their accommodations wisely.

1.hotel location is very confusing as there is many fab hotels in prayagraj if you will reached through landmark then also no fab word will be seen outside the hotel ,no contact no is written and unprofessional i did not get hotel main door open thanks to one person who helped me to find entry gate in the late night 2.no light in the bathroom 3.room space is very small ,no value for money 4. no multiple breakfast option is available even not inform what will be breakfast and when it came to me it was my not favourite even from outside the hotel 5.unprofessional behaviour of staff even i demanded ro water then i suggested please fill yourself outside the hotel..

Worst hotel by oyo rooms were dirty used bedsheet was there after asking they gave bedsheet to us because they had no one to change it. they showed two rooms both were same. as it was night we had no option to go elsewhere so we had to stay. everywhere dust was there in the room bathroom was used and not even flushed very very bad hotel worst at price of 1500. in morning we got to know that even bathroom drain is also chocked. i will advise look somewhere else as its near the university and in between market so they might rent out on hourly basis too.

Terrible experience – not worth the price our stay was absolutely pathetic. the service was terrible, and even basic amenities were not provided. despite paying ₹8,500 for the room, we didn’t get essentials like towels, cleanliness, or proper service. while we understand surge pricing due to kumbh, that does not justify such poor hospitality. a guest should at least expect basic hygiene and amenities. would not recommend this place to anyone. avoid at all costs!
