Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Average hotel. not very hygienic. balcony adjacent to the room was dirty. dampness in the walls. staffs were cooperative.

Hotel manager shubham was a wonderful person. he arranged wonderful arrangements for mahakumbh that we could visit sangam in no time and safely with my entire family. he made special arrangements for food as zomato was disabled due to mahakumbh heavy traffic. the entire staff was courteous and friendly. 5 stars to entire team. thanks you so much.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.
