The worst stay i ever had!! the below are the reasons why you shouldn't ever book this one; 1. the staff is very rude. 2. these people first denied my online booking and once i reached the hotel . the hotel staff asked for almost the double amount denying the fact that i already paid the partial money online. 3. never book fabhotels online. it's a big scam. 4. the room was not at all the delux room, one can see in pictures. the bed was so small. 5. i tried complaining online. but no one registered my complain. 6. these people charged me 2000 rs just for a 6 hours stay. and firstly theu denied that this price is only for a single person. for adding another guest. they asked me to pay 300 more. 7. the furnitures including the bed was broken. even the door lock was broken. 8. never book online. fabhotels make your booking. ask you to pay partial amount and when you reach the location. there's no hotel. and then they relocate you to such cheap hotels. 9. the hotel denied saying" the online booking ppl have their own commission. not associated with us. you have to pay the charges according to our prices". 10. i asked for a room service to help me with my laguage, n guess what the receptionist said. :sorry ma'am i need the staffs on other hotel site. you have to take care of your own." never gonna visit this one for sure. and gues this hotels is not even worth 800rs for 24 hours!!!

One of the best hotel for stay. great amabianc, very polite and supportive staff. we had a great stay here during our school get together.

Almost all door handles were either broken or were just hanging, ac remote not provided even after asking. drinking water was only provided during the check-in. no room service or cleaning, only one time they came to clear out the dustbin in 5 days.

I enjoyed to stay in this hotel. very tasty chai and good service. stuff is polite. i was feeling safe. and good point, that hotel is 9 mins away from phoenix mall

The room was clean along with washrooms. the hot water was available 24*7. the staff was also very cooperative. we needed early check-in, and the hotel staff was humble enough to provide us room at 7 am, along with rs 500 extra charge. the plates and spoon were little dirty. please work on cleanliness a bit.

I did not choose to stay in this hotel. in the name of upgrading, you forcibly sent us to this hotel. there is no restaurant at all in the vicinity of this hotel. why do you change the hotel with out my consent. if you do not have rooms in the hotel where i booked first, you should refund the money and allow us book as per our desire. too bad.
