Think 10 times before u book this hotel. 1st thing is safety compromised , the door never gets locked the washroom commodes is very dirty & not water in washroom. room are no old the paint flakes use to fall from top . it’s better to pay 200 bucks & book better hotel. the all negative reviews are genuine

Excellent rooms good staff must visit the hotel spacious hotel very luxurious

Rooms were quite run down with peeling wall paper and the bed sheets looked old. not crisp and fresh. plenty of noise from the outside so sleep was disturbed. light sleepers beware. other than that nothing to rave about.

We booked the room yesterday however we wanted to extend for one day and owner told me that don't extend room from fabapp come to reception directly we will give you discount of 100rs on online charge. i went to reception and showed them that i applying all coupns the amount is approx 1300 and they told me to pay 1500 else checkout . after that they make changes in the fab app and all the rooms were sold out. owner was saying fab is doing something wrong how they can sell their rooms at x prices. i told them that this is not my fault they called the fab person and asked them to raise the fair and all those. after having a heating conversion between me and staff i left the checked out. even though after leaving they asked me to pay 150 rs for waterbottel. i asked for bill as they we selling bottel at the price of 30 which was costly then market rates and also no complimentary bottel was provided. in nutshell in the middle of my working hours i have to switch to another fab hotel. overall room is good but don't trust the words of owner or any staff and try to buy water bottels from market and book the room online completely don't payanything in cash on online there.

The owner and staff of this hotel are frauds. i was travelling from delhi to pune, and had booked this hotel via fabhotels wherein i had paid some amount in advance. on reaching the property i was told that there is no booking in my name. i reached early so i thought there is some confusion but the fellow sitting in reception area did not even bother to check his reservations and bluntly refused. we were four females and had gone for my niece’s admission. this incident was really frustrating. requesting everyone reading this review not to book this hotel as it looks very shady and owner was also very rude. i do not recommend this property to anyone. i was shifted to an another hotel by fabhotels

This hotel is very bad .staff of this hotel not good.. rooms are not at all clean ..this hotel has cheated on me..i have book room with breakfast for 3 days but this hotel hasnt given me breakfast not a singel day .not even refund me .so i have cancel my 1 day stay as par cancelation policy but the hotel not refund my 1 day cancelation amout to me .so i have decided to launch a legal complian againt this hotel in consumer foram..i must say to those who are planning to book room on fab hotels not to book any hotel from fab hotel ..they cheat on us
