I booked hotel at 1570 but they are charged 600 extra for when am reached the hotel. they are doing scam with people. also staff behaviour is soo rude.

Despite early check in guarantee, reception denied, charged money to personal account and refused to give bill. almost threatened if escalated. scary and pathetic

It's in a chawl location and on top of it on google there are 2 pearl inn hotels shown. pathetic location, there no dining area, after telling the manager 3 times that it is in our package he said i will order from outside and give you tea and poha

Hotel room was good but the coordination between fab hotel and the hotel that i was staying in was very poor. hotel staff behavior was very bad and as i have booked twice via fab hotel they said they will not provide any room to me further i need to book with them only directly. even they tried to charge for per day water also

Hotel was good, but from fab site the directions given to hotel location was wrong and i had to go back and forth to find out the place. after contacting the fab they put me in hold for 15 mins telling me that they will connect to hotel owner and it never happened. fab needs to ensure that the details they give in whatsapp is correct and not make customers run here and there for location
