Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. during the booking, they clearly confirmed that breakfast and swimming pool access were included, but at the time of check-in they completely denied it and started giving excuses. this feels like false commitment just to attract customers. the staff was unhelpful, the check-in process was frustrating, and there was no proper resolution provided. totally ruined the stay experience. would not recommend this place to anyone if they cannot honor what they promise during booking.

I am very disappointed because of the wrong information passed to me at the time of making reservation. the reservation agent told us that if you add the breakfast it will be 2000/- per night. we agreed but at the time of check in the hotel informed that there is no restaurant in the hotel. we have paid extra 200/- for the breakfast and it was wrong information.this issue is not yet solved. i want a refund.

Hotel was good, but from fab site the directions given to hotel location was wrong and i had to go back and forth to find out the place. after contacting the fab they put me in hold for 15 mins telling me that they will connect to hotel owner and it never happened. fab needs to ensure that the details they give in whatsapp is correct and not make customers run here and there for location

Hotel room was good but the coordination between fab hotel and the hotel that i was staying in was very poor. hotel staff behavior was very bad and as i have booked twice via fab hotel they said they will not provide any room to me further i need to book with them only directly. even they tried to charge for per day water also

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.
