Don't ever book through fab hotels, seriously. i'm a solo traveler, been to over 16 countries, and this was the worst experience ever. i'm writing this for the fab staff and company. the rooms weren't up to par, and their customer care was totally unhelpful. they were so rude, not at all like they're in the hospitality industry. they just kept repeating the same lines like robots. eventually, the hotel owner helped me out a bit and upgraded my room, which was a little better. but the hotel's service itself was not good. i would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would advise others to avoid it. the quality of service was subpar, with several issues during my stay. the room lacked basic amenities like milk powder or coffee, making it impossible to prepare a simple tea or coffee. the handwashes provided were of poor quality and seemed to be locally sourced, which was concerning. additionally the air conditioning unit was noisy with signs of leakage. outside noise was also an issue, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. the breakfast, which was included with my stay, was also a letdown. they would either prepare it when requested or outsource it from a local vendor. the milk provided was diluted with water, which made it unappetizing. to make matters worse, the photos and descriptions on the booking platform were misleading. the actual room and facilities did not match the images or the expectations set by the hotel. i would strongly recommend not staying here if you're looking for a comfortable and reliable additionally never use fabhotels for hotel booking.
