1 AverageI have a terrible experience of hotel gargi deluxe . they have charged extra 1700 /- rs inspite of informing them to modify my booking and cancel my booking for one day. the hotel staff as well as the executive from fab hotels are adamant on charging the amount . i have requested them many times that i have checked out and modify and cancel my booking for one day . no one is listening and i have been charged the full amount . rooms are dirty with cockroachs and mosquito there are no cleaning as well . i will not suggest to book this property . kindly note . if in future they return my amount then i will think to visit again . very bad experience at my end .Ankur Dhadda, 17 Aug

2 AverageI'm really disappointed with the room in this hotel. the ac is not working properly! it's not cooling enough! the room is not clean! there is a spider web unattended! the lights in the room are quite dim. washrooms are not clean! there is a bulb that's not lighting properly in the washroom and when i complained about it, the room attendant just acted as if he didn't understand what i said! despite booking the room 3 days in advance, also informing about early check-in, they made to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes! it's located in a good location. except that i didn't like anything in this hotel! i don't want to post the pictures! they are not worth sharing!Akshara Damle, 9 May

1 AverageThe rooms were shaby. there were cockroaches roaming and a very weird smell at all times in the room, me and my family stayed in the hotel for a night, but it was the worst hotel experience that we ever have faced. other than the staff service, there wasn't a single thing good in the hotel, neither the room, telephone service nor the food quality was good. it felt like an under-construction building where the hotel is situated. it was very disappointing. we do not recommend this hotel to anyone.Amrisha Sawant, 22 Jun

1 AverageWe had a very disappointing experience at this property. the rooms were poorly maintained—with damp walls, a strange odor, bad lighting, and no proper ventilation. the hot water system barely worked, and the support staff was unresponsive. the overall atmosphere felt negative and unsettling. my aunt and uncle, who were supposed to stay for three days, could barely tolerate one night before leaving. this stay fell far below expectations.Richa Khanna, 24 Jun
