I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay on 18th february 2026 at this gargi galuxe oyo hotel. the overall maintenance and hygiene standards were very poor.
the corridor sofa was damaged and looked completely unattended. the staircase area was not cleaned properly and gave a very untidy first impression. when i entered the room, it was not cleaned at all and there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the room.
the washroom was also in a very unhygienic condition and clearly not cleaned before my check-in. the bedsheets were in an unacceptable state sperm, which is completely inappropriate for any hotel. the pillow covers were not changed and looked used.
overall, the property maintenance is extremely poor. this place feels more like a low-grade lodge rather than a hotel. in addition to all this, the staff behavior was also very disappointing and unprofessional.
i strongly suggest the management take immediate action to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and staff behavior to ensure better service for future guests.
very bad experience. not recommended.

hotel gargi galaxe which was given as the last minute replacement had no hygine,no cleanliness,no service standard.
patheticccc...i am so disappointed
i have got cheated by fab hotel management on last minute changes in hotel and wasted money.
lesson learned fab hotel franchisee sucks.

Extremely disappointing experience. the room, bed, and floor were all filthy - basic cleanliness was completely ignored. the air conditioner barely worked, and the fan was so slow it was useless. i was clearly told during booking that breakfast was included, yet the hotel staff refused to provide it. totally unprofessional behavior and poor maintenance. i would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

I will never book from fabhotels again also i will be raising a complaint in consumer bureau to take strict action against fabhotels. i never intended to stay at gargee galuxe but fabhotels forcefully moved my reservation at this hotel from another hotel and never communicated me for the same and left me with no choice to stay here. this hotel is not in a good shape please avoid at all costs.

I came from south for buisness trip..so we thought for bachelors these cheap rooms will be fine...one of the worst room...bed sheet were very smelly they didn't change at last i used my towel to cover pillows...if you think it as cheap and will be great deal..you will regret like i do as i paid full amount & stuck.very untidy dirty,smelly ,never recommend or go over there..rooms are not worth for 500

It was a mess, i mean the cushion cover was dirty and there it was covered with stains. i asked the owner if i could get another room he suggested me one room and he himself came with me to show me the room and when we opened the room i was shocked there were cockroaches moving all around on the bed. i would suggest not to waste money over this hotel rather other hotels are good with the same amount.
