There is a lot of noise from restaurant kitchens, pots and pans starting very early in the morning and till late at night. the room i stayed in was located such that this noise disturbed any restful sleep. everything else was satisfactory.

Very bad experience i booked hotel room from morning 6.30 am with extra money for early check in but the person slipping into hotel was denied to give room and hotel person literally kick me my wife out of hotel and sayings very very bad words to fab after two hours search we check in another hotel it was very horrible experience about imperia hotel i request fab not recommend imperia hotel person in imperia hotel are very oragant sence less inhuman behaviour,three four times i called to fab but they're saying only sorry nothing is done from fab i would say this was my very very bad and unpleasant stay in my life worst class hotel service, they even don't provide you the bill, i was asked to call customer care several times for not rectifying my complaint, there is some madam and she will never help you after you complete your booking and she will tell you to call customer care every time, customer care number will go on busy for 5 minutes then only there will be person to talk to you and that person only will register your complaint but not rectify that. …

The hotel is not worth the price paid. the shower head was rusted, no bathroom towels were provided and hot water availability is only in the morning before 10:30 am. better to stay at a some other hotel than this.

Location is awesome, both managers at hotel mr. satish and the other one are very cooperative and helpful. i had a very pleasant stay at hotel the imperio. the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a calm, comfortable ambiance. the staff was courteous and prompt in service, ensuring a smooth experience throughout my stay. while the hotel doesn't have an in-house restaurant, it’s conveniently located near several great dining options like up south and other popular eateries — so food is never a problem. the location is also ideal for business or leisure, with easy access to the main road. overall, a great place to stay in baner if you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. would definitely recommend!

Worst class hotel service, they even don't provide you the bill, i was asked to call customer care several times for not rectifying my complaint, there is some madam and she will never help you after you complete your booking and she will tell you to call customer care every time, customer care number will go on busy for 5 minutes then only there will be person to talk to you and that person only will register your complaint but not rectify that. fab hotel don't bother you post booking

I went to this place for a room for one day and first they told me yes we have vacancy and made me wait for sometime and later told me they don't have ac working in rooms and also there are no fans at all. i mean what made them changed their mind all of a sudden i have no idea. how come other people are booking then at your hotels? for the time i was present i saw two bookings taking place. i felt like i was treated harshly at the time. partiality? racism? only they know about it
