1 AverageI stayed at this hotel for 4 days, and there was no wi-fi available at all during my entire stay. this is completely unacceptable in today’s time, as internet connectivity is a basic necessity. i had to rely on mobile data for everything, which caused a lot of inconvenience. despite repeatedly raising this issue with the staff, it was never resolved. additionally, there was no hot water in the washroom for one full day. the tv was also not working properly—it was not connecting to tata sky or wi-fi and only got fixed after two days. overall, the experience was disappointing and poorly managed. i would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone who needs basic amenities and reliable connectivity.Abha Singh, 23 Jan

1 AverageThe staff at reception sunil kumar is very rude he dont know how to talk to guest. he took 1 hour for check in. he dont have direct contact number of any of the manager. he told me his manager will not take his call at 10 o' clock. i can see with his body language and overall talking pattern, this is not family hotel. overall very bad experience.Swati Patil (durvaa Kurankar), 13 Jan

1 AverageUnhappy experience firstly room provided was not at call comfortable. didn’t have fan in the room. dull lights in the room. washroom provided had all equipment rusted. had to request for facilities and give proof of booking even when it was mentioned in make my trip booking details. no parking facilities, claiming fake provision for parking. two wheeler was completely covered in dust in just 4 days stay.Gaurav Khichi, 18 Oct

1 AverageVery bad experience i booked hotel room from morning 6.30 am with extra money for early check in but the person slipping into hotel was denied to give room and hotel person literally kick me my wife out of hotel and sayings very very bad words to fab after two hours search we check in another hotel it was very horrible experience about imperia hotel i request fab not recommend imperia hotel person in imperia hotel are very oragant sence less inhuman behaviour,three four times i called to fab but they're saying only sorry nothing is done from fab i would say this was my very very bad and unpleasant stay in my life worst class hotel service, they even don't provide you the bill, i was asked to call customer care several times for not rectifying my complaint, there is some madam and she will never help you after you complete your booking and she will tell you to call customer care every time, customer care number will go on busy for 5 minutes then only there will be person to talk to you and that person only will register your complaint but not rectify that. …Pramod Zalte, 11 Apr
