    It seems to be a fraud run both by the hotelier along with the help of fabhotels. rooms were unhygienic, smelly and the furniture was broken. unsafe for women and children. inappropriate and bully behaviour by fabhotels customer care.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this property. the rooms were extremely unhygienic – the linens were stained and clearly not cleaned properly. the washrooms were dirty, and there were even insects in the room. the environment was very disturbing, with loud music, parties, and constant noise throughout the night, making it impossible to rest. this property mainly seems to operate as a local budget stay, and the rates are much lower if booked directly rather than through platforms like oyo or fab, which feels misleading. overall, i would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable stay.

    Pathetic rooms & unprofessional staff ok, where do i start from. we had to choose this cheaper hotel as there were no other hotels available in the locality due to events and sports in balewadi. but it turned out to be the one of the worst stays. rooms: rooms are too much dirty with coakroaches, dust and dirt all over. no one has cleaned it for weeks. there is kitchen in the hotel, although it is mentioned in the ad. service: they bring you only poha and tea that too in aluminium foil and tea plastic panni (bag). no cups, no dishes, not even water bottle. they charge even for the 1st water bottle. no phone in room, not even tv. staff: the so called manager or acting manager was so rude and offensive guy. during payment, he demanded extra amount than it was already decided.when i asked why he says - "dont act as if you dont know why" how in the world would i know if not informed. then he revealed 3% extra for card payment!! who charge extra on card payment, i thought as if i travelled back in 2014. he was talking so rudely and in an insulting tone. when i said him to tone down and talk properly, are this is service industry and client is important. he said - "you paid na, enough, now go go". note: all our conversation was in marathi.

    I recently stayed at hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. the state of the rooms was deeply disappointing. upon arrival, it was clear that the cleanliness standards were severely lacking. the rooms were not properly cleaned, with visible dust and stains on surfaces. to make matters worse, i encountered cockroaches in the room, which is both unacceptable and alarming. this level of cleanliness is not only off-putting but also raises serious concerns about hygiene. the amenities provided were equally problematic. the hotel advertised free wi-fi, but it was either non-functional or so unreliable that it was essentially useless. while the staff were polite, their ability to address these issues was limited. despite bringing the cleanliness and wi-fi problems to their attention, the responses were either inadequate or delayed, and no effective solutions were offered during my stay. overall, my stay at hotel was marred by serious issues with room cleanliness and essential amenities. i hope the hotel addresses these concerns to improve future guest experiences, but based on my recent visit, i cannot recommend it.

    Pros: well behaved staff. good ac. good wifi. cons: the rooms that the customer service agent showed me are completely different from what the reality is. the room was not at all cleaned after the last checkout as i can see hair strands all over. and floor as well not cleaned. the walls were moist. the staff at the reception was good. well behaved and polite. but dunno why maintanence was not done. they don't provide towels or soaps as i didn't see them in my room. the hotel is 5-10 mins walk from main road but doesn't seem to be in a good location. nearby construction work sounds are horrible. there was power cut during my stay. no water supply in bathroom. i booked this hotel to fresh up only and found there is no water during my stay due to some motor starter issue. the positive about this hotel is okok staff behaviour, good ac and good wifi... nothing else.

    Avoid this hotel at all costs. the staff is unprofessional, untrained, and carries an attitude that makes you feel more like you're stepping into a street brawl than a place of hospitality. i've never encountered such chaos in a hotel setting. the owner, unfortunately, seems completely out of his depth—both in communication and in basic business sense. if he continues running things this way, it's only a matter of time before the business collapses, much like the standards of service... and perhaps a few brain cells along the way.
