Very worst experience in this hotel, first thing their is no manner how to speak with customer second thing no cleanliness in bathroom as well as beds major think is in name of breakfast they are given only two idli that also worst in taste. for one cup tea also they are asking 20rupess because in breakfast only 2 idli are available more then that everything is chargeable. i am not not happy with this hotel

The hotel is definitely not worth the cost. used to be oyo, now fab hotels. dingy looking rooms and the only thing a hotel must get right - clean, crisp bedsheets and pillows - were dirty and torn. a little bit of research will also tell you that most recent 5 star reviews are from accounts which have only ever reviewed this hotel, which essentially alludes to fake/paid reviews. there are better, affordable options nearby, go for those unless you have some other kind of compulsion to stay here.

I had booked a stay with this hotel, but unfortunately had to cancel my booking. it’s been over two months, and i still haven’t received my refund. despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response from the hotel — calls and messages are being ignored. this kind of unprofessional behavior and lack of customer support is unacceptable. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they improve their refund and communication process.

Do not ever think of staying here. i stayed at this hotel, just because of its proximity near a venue where i had some work and other hotels were either far or booked. the room was stinking, the door lock was non functional, the room had all sorts of insects inside, the linen was torn (even the replacements sent were torn so much so that when i increased by voice to sound displeasure,.... the new linen was got from their cupboard to replace the old torn, dirty linen). add to this (and the reason behind my opening remark of this review).... the staff is not at all friendly. everything for them is "chalta hain na sir", "aap hi ho jo inta bak bak karte ho... aur kisini aisa humko bola nahi", "sir.. aap isko chalalo". such an attitude.... i have never dealt with in the past. a big no from me....

The rooms are not worth it as per price. they have not give water bottle after asking they charged double. maintain was also an issue. they have not even cleaned after a day.
