Had an amazing stay here for a week. i would like to make a special thank you note to the fabhotels representative, mr. harsh yadav. he helped me a lot in finalising this property, and also helped me in resolving any concerns that i came across.

Terrible hotel experience – do not stay here! remote and inaccessible location: the hotel is in a completely isolated area, making it difficult to find. major landmarks and places are not easily accessible, making it feel like a trap. it honestly felt like being stuck in a jail. no food delivery allowed: they do not allow swiggy, zomato, or any other food delivery services because they have an in-house kitchen. when i asked about this, they refused, forcing guests to eat whatever they serve, which is highly inconvenient and makes the stay unpleasant. no complimentary water: not even a single bottle of water is provided. guests are expected to purchase everything, which feels unreasonable. rude staff: the reception staff and room attendants were extremely rude. from the moment i arrived, their behavior made me want to leave immediately. eventually, i vacated the room after just 4-5 hours, despite paying for the stay. deceptive room photos: the room looked nothing like the pictures they had shown. the actual condition was pathetic. they might have recently tiled the bathrooms, making them appear decent in pictures, but in reality, the cleanliness was poor. unhygienic and uncomfortable stay: the bed quality was extremely poor, and the linen was full of lint, making it irritating to the skin. the entire room felt humid and suffocating, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. not suitable for families: this hotel is only useful for a quick fresh-up near railway stations or bus stands—not for a proper stay. families should avoid this place at all costs. final verdict: i would never recommend this hotel to anyone. stay away and find a better place!

Terrible experience. do not stay here. no hot water in the hotel. we had to call 5–6 times before they finally sent hot water to the room. no packed drinking water was available. at night, they gave us water in a glass bottle that smelled bad and tasted awful. overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

Worst experience ever!! room service is bad, drinking water is hell, bedsheet are torn, washrooms are dirty, hardly one person with a bag can fit in the lift, staff behavior is horrible, room is not ready while i arrived, pest are all over the room not worth paying a single penny

The place is not ideal for families. we have made the booking directly through fab hotel and paid a token amount of 1000 rupees. we came to the hotel from pune airport at 3am. it was quite not easy to find the road initially; there was no proper lightings on the way. after reaching we asked the receptionist to show the rooms, whom assisted us really well. the problem was the photos provided on the site and the actual one is different. really small room and not properly cleaned. bedsheets seems to be used . the toilets were not clean and it's windows were broken. we really faced difficulty at night to find another hotel room, really not worth the money too. note: they won't return the advance paid too, they simply hangup the call saying "sorry no refund" not preferred for families at all.

It's really more than you can expect in this budget. really impressed. everything was very clean and well arranged in the room. no any dirty stains over the floors especially in bathroom. everything was clean. facilities they provided were really impressive, like wifi, ac as well as hot water option for bathing. the blankets and bed provided was quite comfortable. they lacked in providing food services, we were ready to pay extra charge but they were unable to provide anything. overall a great room if you are looking to stay within a budget. food facility can be arranged as zomato, swiggy as well as good restaurants are aavailable outside.

The room was booked a week before, but same was not ready at time of check in at later time. clothing was partially replaced after request. dusting not ok. dust bin was not cleared. there is good almirrah but hangers not there, after request also sufficient no not provided. sleepers not provided. mineral water not provided for cost also. room service very poor. the toilet window has a small open panel allowing insects to enter. tv not functioning. room service no '9' not working.room booked for two guests, but only one towel provided after request.

Service staff is approachable and helping in nature. food quality is good. especially dinners are very well prepared with good quality n quantity. improvement area :-. lift needs to repaired as most time it faces problem. ash tray must be provided in room for people who smoke....
