1 AverageRooms were dirty.....entire bedsheet was with hairs....no cleaning, food was the only good thing which we enjoyed...staff was ok, we asked for bathroom mat didn't came till we took checkout. i don't feel good for family... it seems for people who use it for hourly basis.Ajit Bhat, 12 Jan

1 AverageTerrible experience. do not stay here. no hot water in the hotel. we had to call 5–6 times before they finally sent hot water to the room. no packed drinking water was available. at night, they gave us water in a glass bottle that smelled bad and tasted awful. overall, it was a very disappointing stay.Mayur Pusadkar, 6 Jan

1 AverageDo not go for this property looking at the pictures and rate, it is definitely not how it looks. rooms were not clean and hygienic. lift was not working, we had a 4 days stay and thoughout our stay we had to walk all the way to 3rd floor. beddings were toren and had stains, curtains were literally stuck with fevicol in front of us. service provided was not professional as per fabhotels standards. breakfast was a joke - the staff "wakes up" at 8.30 and then prepares the breakfast. any request done would take more than an hour to fulfill, literally toiletries were provided after 2hrs of calling the reception and asking for it !! only positives is the location for this property.Kapil Shirodkar, 28 Dec

3 GoodRoom was ok but staff is polite and services are better than room. food quality is ok. ac was not working properly. after asking 4 times i got ac remote and that too with drained batteries... so full night i was without ac. no towel in my room. i called and asked for the same. they dont provide toiletories. only hand wash and body wash dispensor is in washroom.Mohammed Shikari, 11 Dec
