1 AverageAbsolutely no stars. all their good reviews are fake. it's a cheap stinking lodge which people are using for smoking, drinking and other stuffs not recommended with families. the most pathetic hotel,staff, fab hotel services and agoda. very pathetic way to discomfort and cheat the guest...it's a pathetic stay that is booked for 2 days which i wanted to convert in 1 day that is also not been allowed..... the most unprofessional way to cheat the guest. 1. property name is misleading 2. unprofessional staff 3. non contactable customer care of both agoda and pathetic fab hotels 4. unclean stinking rooms with full of cigarette smoke 5. unable to do modification after all these unsatisfactory conditions. 6. most unhelpful staff. 7. agoda tricks while booking i opted for double occupancy on arrival it shows sing occupancy and end up paying double the amount. 8. light is not working properly 9. a/c sounds like generatorShubhangi Desai, 10 Jul

1 AverageI had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. basic amenities were either missing or poorly managed. there wasn’t even an empty cup available in the room—only a cheap plastic glass was provided for drinking water. the electric kettle was not available initially and was given after repeated requests. the so-called complimentary breakfast was extremely limited in quantity and variety. to top it off, the tea served was barely 50 ml—definitely not what you expect from any decent hospitality service. the room was also unhygienic and uncomfortable. it had a strong cigarette smoke smell, and there were several mosquitoes in the room, making it hard to sleep. i do not recommend this hotel and suggest looking for better alternatives if you value comfort and basic hospitality.Sanjay Gundlavkar, 20 May

1 AverageService was not good . earlier was given very bad room no ac no tv shabby room then when i asked they changed the room. i have asked 5 times for food menu still no one gave. one person came to take order after 30 mins. i got food after 1hr 30 mins cold food and coke without gas worst experience. will not recommend and give 1 star.Gurprit Bhagwat, 24 Jul

3 GoodI visit this hotel first time location it's not to bad it's good location according to ke this room was literally big then ever i visit any hotel but i face some problm in my foom tv is not working i don't know why i call housekeeping boy he try to switch on the tv but still tv is not working and i order poha in breakfast and what they send to my room idly,idly ???? that's is very strange thing for me. before ordering any thing make once conform and before check in hotel see every thing is working or not other wise your money is wasted!!!!! thank you.Pradish Barahate, 30 Oct

5 FabulousIt was a great experience, i was very confused by reading the latest reviews but it was urgent so i booked my room still before booking i had words the the staff they co-operated well. rooms were hygienic, water supply was well, service was good even late night after 2 pm they helped us out , i really appreciate, no disturbance was there , we were only mother daughter staying there they made us feel secured. highly recommend!Tisha Rajput, 16 Jun
