Not worth for price very small rooms, don't go with images as shown by the hotels it's a old hotel. not worth it, and also located in very dense and crowd area in narrow street, toilets are not properly hygienic.

My experience at saffron hotel was extremely disappointing. the receptionist’s behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. when we asked for a room for two people, he quoted different charges compared to our previous visit. even though we agreed to manage, his attitude was completely unacceptable. i would also like to highlight a serious concern: the boy at the reception often appears to be under the influence of alcohol. during our visit as well, he seemed drunk while dealing with guests. this is highly unsafe, irresponsible, and extremely unprofessional for any hotel environment. the overall service quality was also very poor. there was no water bottle in the room, and basic facilities were not provided, yet the charges were unnecessarily high. this level of service is not acceptable. i request the management to take this matter seriously and ensure immediate improvement in staff behaviour, professionalism, and overall service standards.

The service is pathetic. they never replace towels, provide water bottle only when requested. i had booked till 23rd nov, i checked out at 12:20 am of 23rd. the room was not cleaned the entire 22nd nov day even though i left the room key at the reception.

You are making fool to customers by taking extra service charges. the same you are not mentioning in invoice also. no any other hotel booking company takes such type of service charge. this is cheating with customer. i had paid extra 273 rupees. i want that money as refund to me.
