1 AveragePretty basic hotel. location is very good. everything else is just about acceptable. don't go by photos on their web site. there were holes in bed sheet. i saw a cockroach crawl out. tv was barely working. staff couldn't be more indifferent. mercifully hot water was available. but i think water was hard. if you just want a place to rest for night, this might work. for a pleasant, comfortable stay , look elsewhere.Pankaj Kargirwar, 16 Feb

1 AverageUgh, so disappointed. we stayed one night, two rooms, and both were just gross. the mattress, pillowcases, extra bed foam—everything was super dirty, like they hadn't been washed. same with the towels. the pillows weren't even proper pillows, just lumpy messes. and the toilet? the absolute worst, covered in water and residue stains. the staff wasn't friendly at all. we asked for fresh towels, but they wouldn't give us any, saying we had to wait until morning, even though they knew we were checking out at 7 am. seriously, this was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at with the family, internationally even. definitely don't recommend it to anyone, especially if you have family and kids. the photos from the hotel ad are misleading and should be taken actions for consumer dishonesty.Sandeep Suryavanshi, 7 Feb

1 AverageBefore you read this just check photos for clarity, this hotel is just scam, it shows something different on site and in real. it was worst experience to stay, 1. staff was not receiving calls. 2.room service was not available 3. bedsheets and pillows were very dirty and not clean. 4. when asked for replacements they just simply denied. 5. toiled was very unhygienic. 6. ac was not working. 7. tv was not working and remote was out of cells. 8. cupboard had broken lock. overall it was not a genuine stay. check photos for clarity.Muthhu Ragni, 16 Dec

1 AverageThe room was in very poor condition and did not match the expectations at all. there was severe dampness and peeling paint on the walls, giving the room an unhygienic and neglected look. moisture stains and wall damage were clearly visible, making the stay uncomfortable. the maintenance was extremely poor, and the room felt unhealthy to stay in. overall, it was a disappointing experience and not worth the money.Uday Reddy, 14 Dec

1 AverageHorrendous experience. the rooms are dirty, the ac won't work & the staff is very rude. we had booked hotel for 2 people and when we checked in, the staff didn't behave properly. the rooms lack basic facilities like drinking water bottles. the bedsheets and pillow were dirty and torn. they had stains all over them. there was no soap after asking for soap they gave one 10 rs medimix soap for 2 people. the geyser was not working. the sink tap had no water. the toilet seats were broken. the pictures posted here are all fake. no room looks like the one posted in the pictures. avoid this hotel guys.Rahul Mishra, 7 Nov
