I recently stayed in ramnadapuram and it was a great experience. the hotel was conveniently located near other main tourist attractions and the services were excellent. the rooms were very clean and comfortable. i had a wonderful three to four-day stay. the staff name sudhir was very friendly and helpful

Very bad experience – not recommended
we stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience.
there is no proper car parking. the parking area is common for the hotel, a restaurant, and a function hall, which creates a lot of confusion and inconvenience.
the lift is shared with other properties like the restaurant, so getting a lift slot is very difficult.
on the day of our stay, the lift was not working at all. we had to use the stairs with kids, elderly parents, and luggage, which was extremely uncomfortable.
the balcony was completely dusty and clearly not cleaned.
the hotel is surrounded by noisy properties, including a petrol bunk, making the stay unpleasant.
overall, not recommended for anyone.
do not book this hotel just by seeing the pictures — the reality is very different.

Disappointing stay – good room, poor service
the room itself was good and comfortable; however, the overall experience was ruined by extremely poor service. the room service was pathetic and very unresponsive. the tv in the room was not working, and the calling bell was also not functioning, making it difficult to reach the staff.
additionally, dirty towels were provided, which is unacceptable. even after complaining to the reception, the issues were resolved only after multiple follow-ups, showing a clear lack of urgency and accountability.
the hotel has good rooms, but the service and maintenance standards need serious improvement.

Good room & food, but very poor service
you will be welcomed with a tv that does not work, slow wi-fi, and the need to give multiple reminders just to get basic issues resolved. for the price being charged, this experience is definitely not worth the money.
while the room itself is good and the food quality is decent, the service is pathetic—especially the reception team, which was largely unresponsive and ignored repeated requests.
overall, good infrastructure but extremely poor service standards. i would rate this hotel two stars at best.

The place is nice, with good and spacious rooms. the staff is courteous and very helpful. however, some items in the room were dirty initially, and they were cleaned only after we requested it. the bedsheet was also dirty and had to be changed on request.
we were a group of five (three adults and two kids), but only limited blankets and towels were provided. ideally, there should have been five towels and five blankets.
overall, it was a good stay, but a bit more attention to cleanliness and room amenities would make it much better.

Horrible experience
1) booking experience was bad ! i had a senior citizen with me and wanted an accessible room. while taking the booking it was confirmed by mr rahul from fab citing that it would be taken care of, but it was not ! was given a room which was not accessible for my mother
2) ordered a coffee which came as a warm one. when asked hotel people said that they don’t have a restaurant & had to get the coffee from a tie up hotel and by the time it came from there it became warm - horrible service
3) no restaurant facility
4) ac was ok ok ! it was supposed to be good in this soaring heat , but disappointed. had to use the fan
5) water in the restroom was damn salty , not fit for a bath
6) thesaterical sound gives a disturbing sleep
7) check out process was horrible! i had to cut short the trip to a day & since i booked it online , they had asked to call the customer service and cancel the room ! for about 45 min there was no response from the contact center @fab. reception staff was adamant and had asked me to pay the bill for 2 days and not letting me go .
8) wifi was horrible and no proper signals ! it was dropping badly ! not a secured network though ! pls try using vpn
overall - i will not rec ommend this shady place as my experience was horrendous! pls look for alternatives in ramnad
