Please let me the status of refund for my complain id 22474060210 i booked room in hotel suggested by fab hotel paid online rs 1030 before check in. did check in hotel crown plaza (hinoo ranchi ) paid rs 2402 at the time of check in.booking was from17-4-25 and check out date was 19-4-25 .but when they provided the room went to toilet no water.changed room twice same issue.they released water for few hours.when used washroom at night got surprised again with no water asked for mosquito refil got refil but almost no liquid in it don't know what to do.i cancelled my stay of 18-4-25 and they deducted the 1 day charge and did refund of rs 1200. when asked them what about refund of the amount paid online 1030 they suggested for this plz contact fab when asked bill they said you will get it online on wats app still not received . pathetic experience of hotel suggested by booking.com and fab i trusted booking.com and made this booking plz revert and let me know what to do else from onwards i ll stop bookings from your website. plz do the needful

Unprofessional hotel receptionist, wrought behaviour. rooms are dirty, bathrooms without hot water, guest force to share other room dirty toilets. they got advance payment so u can't change hotels. so called complementary breakfast only u have roti & soyabin curry nothing else. poor room service,not safe,no lift, narrow passage,no fire exit. not appropriate for anyone to stay only for a night only. horrible experience. please avoid fab hotel - crown plaza - hotel shanti international .

After booking this hotel on booking.com, i took a rickshaw and started following the location map what given on booking.com, i have reached to a residencial colony with dead end, later i have contacted fab hotels followed by call to the hotel directly...i gave my phone to my rikshaw driver and he took me to the hotel...upon arrival i came to know this hotel is at good location and very near to airport , the name board outside hanging is hotel crown plaza..there was no fab marketing board ac available any where ....and in booking .com it shows fab hotel crown plaza...due to this name...local riskaw drivers also get confused from what is the tourist says ....hotel was good, they have restaurant inside so good hotel to stay for people planing to travel using airport...

Misleading and unpleasant stay – avoid this place this was one of the worst hotel experiences i’ve had. the room was cramped, had a foul odor, and no proper ventilation – completely uncomfortable. the biggest red flag was the false advertising: it was listed as “fab crown plaza,” but the actual property is called “shanti international.” the person at the reception acted like he had nothing to do with fab and offered zero professionalism or support. this stay was misleading, uncomfortable, and absolutely not worth the money. do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Very bad service...actually there is no proper room's room's was very dirty not only my room actually any room of this hotel was very dirty..and hotel manager was very rude to customers and also they don't know how to treat customers. unko sheekhna hoga ki customers se kaise baat kre unko zara sa bhi tameez nai hai baat krne ka... i honestly prefer there are more hotels around here so please don't go this hotel anymore. i honestly request not to stay in dirty hotel

Very bed condition of room very unhygienic pillow and bed sheets are not clean very bad experience tv was not working lift power will go if power cut off is there not power backed up. safety hygiene space very bad even the name was not crown plaza it’s shanti international not even quality for nation level hotel it’s guest house or hotels available near railway stations.
