5 FabulousThe hotel is very easily accessible from ranchi railway station. the rooms are excellent, the food was tasty, and we had a very comfortable stay here. a special thanks to receptionist abhijit singh—he is polite, well-mannered, and always greets guests warmly. i am very happy with the hospitality at hotel palash residency.Ratneesh Rai, 16 Aug

5 FabulousHotel location is near to station, and hotel is good. staff are courteous, and humble. hotel restaurant food is very good and hotel reception understands concern of customers and immediately solve it. in my case they provded a decent spacious room when i had 3 guests in total . overall very good stay, recommended.Ummang Ummang, 28 Jul

3 GoodWhat was good-property close to the railway station. staff are good. quick check-in but firstly they were not sure about the booking rate provided by booking.com as it is under charged from there point of view but they didnot complain about it afterwards. had a major problem with water in bathroom the next day in the morning as there is no supply of water for around 3 hrs. food provided is quick and tasty. room have a little problem with lighting..........its a dim light room. otherwise a fine stay. what was bad- no front door and the entrance is hide away and have to solve a puzzle to find the reception in the morning as there is noone for help and the lift were closed at 7am.Arindam, 30 Jan

1 AverageHotel doesn't give prior information for charges at the hotel. it is very bad that security doesn't check who is coming inside and who is going out. worst management of the hotel. breakfast combo is very bad from the 2nd day of the stay. cannot provide quality assured services. hotel loots some more money for extra person without providing any other room. very bad service ever rendered. first and last time with fab hotels. extra looting form the customer who has booked from online.Bhargav Kothakota, 21 Oct
