Room was good. but staff behavior was very rude. there were no water in the wash basin in washroom. at reception they told me if you need food just call on 8 from intercom. after that i called them for towel and ac remote but they said ok. after that they ignored in between i went to reception 3 times for towel and ac remote but they provide me only 1 towel and no ac remote. tv was also not functioning. but the intercom was not working then i called on mobile no to convey the situation after that staff telling me it is working you should try then i called him to check but they deny. this situation again happens in the night time while ordering food. again they started arguing and rude behavior. very pathetic situation. i stayed here with my colleague and one small baby. i wo;; not recommend anyone to stay here in this type of situation with very bad service. also, i request fab hotel to look into this as this situation creates a very bad image in front of guest and also with whom you come to this hotel. i will highly not recommend this to any one.

All are true and from personal experience. 1.first of all..all the good reviews of this hotel are fake as they force customers during check out to give good review. 2.they deny any of the online booking check in as price are lower and they say they will allow check in if we pay the difference amount. 3. dont go after the pics..rooms are untidy, bedsheets blankets and pillow covers all are patchy and dirty. 4.we got two rooms and in both the rooms they have issue with the flush and bathrooms are like some random lodge dull and pathetic. no toiletries are provided 5.no outside foods and beverages are allowed but the in house restaurant takes infinite time to prepare food and the reason they say is shortage of staff 6.most important they dont event provide complimetry 1or 2 bottles of water.u have to pay for that too. 7.extremely ill behaved receptionist and manager. 8.no wifi and no proper functioning of tv.

Very poorly managed hotel,the room is full of coc roaches roaming under mattress stained bedsheet pillow covers no proper breakfast set up gives u brkfast around 10am no proper billing system tried to give fake bill with stamp no towels or complimentary water bottles given in the room seems they want there guest to be thirsty , the only things good was there food looks more like couple hotel

The hotel has the best location in ranchi but is very very shabby toilets are unclean, mostly used by unmarried couples for few hours and hence not a good one for family travels.

Everything was bad. we checked in at 4pm still they kept us waiting in reception area for more than an hour. the most annoying thing was that they lacked all the basics. when i asked for water they would not send glasses in the room. there were no towels. bedsheets were dirty. room was not cleaned properly. when i order food they did not give spoon plates. i had to fight for spoons. they expect us to take the curry direct from the bowl and eat like savages. the experience was bad in every possible way. note : this property is not for families or for married couples.

The hotel rooms were neat and clean. they also provided slippers. the hotel is a regular type. we were on the first floor, so it seemed noisy as it was near the reception and also it's winter. the pillow was smelling bad , which disrupted sleep. a little damp was there, still good to go for one or two days duration, to rest and work / attend some meetings/ gatherings from there. it's near lalpur chawk, so autos were easily available. we opted for rapido cab which was available from late night to early morning in 3-4 mins waiting.
