4 Very GoodThe hotel is undoubtedly good, with proper parking space for your car and all other basic amenities are present. however my stay was ruined for some drunk guests who arrived at the hotel and were creating a nuisance late midnight at the room adjacent to me. if the hotel authorities can make some rule to avoid these situations then things will be way better.Indranil Banerjee, 24 Feb

4 Very GoodWe stayed at the "golden plaza hotel " located at tarapith for 2 nights and it is a very nice hotel. room provided with us was cosy,comfortable and very neat and clean.location of the hotel is unique and it is not far from maatara temple. staff were duty bound, well behaved ,gentle and polite and sri montotosh garai in particular. foods served to us palatable , delicious & mouthwatering. posto bora was unique. if any wants to stay at tarapith, i may recommend this hotel without any hesitation and prejudice. we enjoyed in the spiritual environment at tarapith to offer "puja to tara maa" and sought her blessings.this was our first visit to tarapith and we enjoyed a lot and hope to visit very shortly. thank you! prof.(dr.)h.saha) kolkata 06 december 2025.Dr. H. 5 FabulousWhenever i visit tarapith, i always choose this hotel, and it never disappoints. it stands out as one of the cleanest and most well-maintained establishments in the area. from the moment i arrive, the receptionist and staff greet me with genuine warmth and helpfulness, creating a welcoming first impression. their friendliness and efficiency set the tone for a memorable stay. the rooms are spacious, stylish, and meticulously clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. the in-house restaurant offers delicious meals that are both flavorful and great value for money. service is prompt and attentive, ensuring a delightful dining experience. overall, everything about this hotel is exceptional, and it continues to be my preferred choice in tarapith. i look forward to returning and will certainly recommend it to friends and family planning to visit.Megha Das, 8 May

1 AverageReally there was a very bad experience during my stay at the hotel my booking was 3 days and earlier i was paid all amount prior to my check in their official said to check out one day before when i asked for the written communication they stop. latter came to on the last date there was a festival for to get more money they were did the same the complementary break fast is very bad even if the hotel not provide a single water bottle per day and the response of the hotel desk was very bad if any requirement of the customer they respond very delay even i check in the night they didn't on the ac without ac i stay at there one night.Saroj Nayak, 24 Aug

1 AverageI am very disappointed in staying at your above hotel on 16-17 th may 2024. 1. if you want to have morning tea you need to go out for the same as tea is served only from 8-8.30 am onwards 2. breakfast after lot of reminders is still to be served at 9.10 am. 3. evening tea is not available before 7.30 pm. above problem is compounded by the fact that there is no arrangement for tea coffee in the room. 4. yesterday lunch and dinner orders required reminders. 5. no towel or toilet kit in the room. after reminders one towel received. one very tiny soap given , barely enough for one person. in one word, service is very bad . no one should stay in this hotel.Sidhartha Mitra, 16 May

3 GoodDespite the hotel's impressive woodwork and interiors, the management seems to neglect the importance of skilled caretakers. the staff lacks basic etiquette and customer service skills. during my two-day stay, i noticed unattended liquor bottles outside a vacated room, indicating poor maintenance. no services were offered, yet a tip was expected upon departure. this experience highlights a significant disparity between the hotel's aesthetics and the quality of service provided.Prithviraj Koley, 18 Apr
