1 AverageSubject: complaint regarding unjust extra charges for check-out time dear fab hotels customer service, i am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the extra charges imposed on me during my recent stay. i had a reservation to check in on 16th march 2025 at 11:00 pm and check out on 17th march 2025 at 3:00 pm. this arrangement was confirmed by your customer care team prior to my booking. however, upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to honor this agreement and insisted on additional charges for the extended check-out time. this was both unexpected and inconvenient, as i had relied on the confirmation provided by your team. i request a refund of the extra charges and assurance that such discrepancies will be addressed to prevent future occurrences. i look forward to your prompt response and resolution. thank you for your attention to this matter. sincerely, t.ravi tejaRavi Teja Theerdhala, 17 Mar

1 AverageWorst experience while check in process they said 1500 and after that they asked 300 rs more. they are not giving clarity about the prices i told them thrice mrg 10 am i have my bus to go. again while check out they asked more 500 rs for extra time. total miss comunication. as per rules they have to update me for extra time charges they didn't. worst experience rooms and beds also tiny bedsheets are dirty over all personaly i don't like the hotel and their staff behaviourAjay Kumar, 3 May

2 AverageHad booked 4 rooms including a suite room. it's not a hotel, its kind of service appartment without kitchen and dining space. they allot rooms in the apartment. intercoms don't work. the staff sleeps in the night, so don't expect much. some of my relatives checked in early morning and nobody was there to help with the luggage. room was okay. not completely clean though. too costly. not value for money so moved out after a day's stay.Jitesh R, 22 Jul
