I had a horrible experience at this hotel during my stay from 11th dec to 12th dec, which was booked and paid in full through goibibo. i checked in around 11 pm on 11th dec, and despite showing the confirmation of full payment, the hotel demanded an additional rs. 400 at the time of check-in. to my shock, during check-out, the hotel owner further demanded an additional rs. 1200, claiming he did not receive the payment from goibibo. this left me in an extremely uncomfortable situation, especially since the amount was already paid in full at the time of booking. such unethical practices are unacceptable and ruined my experience. i expect goibibo and the hotel management to investigate this issue immediately and ensure no other customer has to go through this kind of ordeal. avoid this hotel if you want a stress-free and transparent stay.

I got a rude shock when we reached the hotel for checking. there was message in my mobile that my booking was cancelled. although we got it resolved after some time, we were not satisfied with respect to the level of service. there were hardly any hotel staff other than receptionist. it appears that you have not verified the standard of hotel before tying up. please remove the hotel from your list

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.
