I was informed premium room size is 180 sqft, but the room given to us was ordinary deluxe room of smaller size। they charged rs 712 extra in the name of premium room after payment of advance showing unavailability of the delux room originally booked by me

Rooms were very dirty and not worth of price on the name of premium. there is no additional services available except local guide even water bottle charges are extra. the only good thing is location. i recommend owners to take care of property and cleanings.

It was a terrible stay. we have booked superior double room with breakfast included. while check in we wanted to check the room but receptionists asked us to pay full and final payment prior check in to the room. first room which was shown after check in was very bad, the room was stinking, there was no ventilation and suffocating which was rejected by us. we had to stay in delux room which was cheaper than we had paid. that room was also stinking, the bad smell was from bath room , bathroom, the water connection was leaking. there was only one small window in the room. we had managed that night with great difficulty. next day they offered us a superior double room room no 304. in the evening found that the water heater was not working. it took about 3 hour to repair the water heater by electrician and we were able to take bath at around mid night. we have booked room including breakfast and paid extra cost. but there was no restaurant the restaurant on top floor was not operational. the breakfast was served in the room was from street, which was of very low quality, only variety 4 puri bhaji or 2nos of edlies and one plain dosa. the room was not cleaned properly every day. there are only 4 nos of staff, one of them is assigned to clean the toilet, one for sweeping and two for preparing beds, the man was assigned to clean toilet and bathroom brings the breakfast from out side. first 2 days there was no wifi service , after lot of request the service was provided but the speed was very slow and not able to perform as my work.
