It was a terrible stay. we have booked superior double room with breakfast included. while check in we wanted to check the room but receptionists asked us to pay full and final payment prior check in to the room. first room which was shown after check in was very bad, the room was stinking, there was no ventilation and suffocating which was rejected by us. we had to stay in delux room which was cheaper than we had paid. that room was also stinking, the bad smell was from bath room , bathroom, the water connection was leaking. there was only one small window in the room. we had managed that night with great difficulty. next day they offered us a superior double room room no 304. in the evening found that the water heater was not working. it took about 3 hour to repair the water heater by electrician and we were able to take bath at around mid night. we have booked room including breakfast and paid extra cost. but there was no restaurant the restaurant on top floor was not operational. the breakfast was served in the room was from street, which was of very low quality, only variety 4 puri bhaji or 2nos of edlies and one plain dosa. the room was not cleaned properly every day. there are only 4 nos of staff, one of them is assigned to clean the toilet, one for sweeping and two for preparing beds, the man was assigned to clean toilet and bathroom brings the breakfast from out side. first 2 days there was no wifi service , after lot of request the service was provided but the speed was very slow and not able to perform as my work.

*excellent stay at hotel gs residency, varanasi* *a 12-day delight!* i'm uday, and i recently spent 12 wonderful days at hotel gs residency in varanasi. despite the extended stay, i never felt uncomfortable, thanks to the hotel's exceptional service and amenities. thanks to hotel gs residency for making my trip so memorable!

Worst worst worst. if you carefully see their photos you'll know they have rotated only 1 room's photo. i've added real photos. first of all it is not fab express. rooms are small n shabby, laden with fungus and mold everywhere. there is no ventilation, not even a smallest exhaust even in bathroom, geyser doesn't work, flush doesn't work, soap shampoo dispenser just kept for show, they charged 3 to 4k for worthless rooms. since the hotel is near to ghat taxis will drop you 1 km away from hotel and you will have to walk with luggage.

I booked this hotel through booking.com based on best ratings but its review is completely false. my review has also been posted as excellent on booking.com without my consent. it is worst hotel without any amenities. its entrace is inside a narrow diety lane without any approach. restaurant is also not working. they provide outside food. most of the rooms are without any ventilation. i had to reach this hotel on foot with my luggage. please avoid this hotel. not at all recommended. all reviews are false.
