Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Nice hospitality,good bed, cooperative staff,good social sense,food was fine ,it was a beautiful ambience around , location was good ,things were taken care at short notice , overall a beautiful stay, would surely recommend.

Pathetic service, awful location, room is small, bathrooms are tiny without geyser, foul smell from the room at all times, bed sheet, pillow cover are dirty with stains, water leaking constantly from the taps and no one to address any issue.

Really good hotel, i look forward to staying here . the staff are the best feature, genuinely helpful and kind. it is always a good sign to see the same staff members when you return to a hotel. rooms are spacious and good value for money.
