1 AverageI had a poor experience at this hotel. despite paying an advance, i received calls asking for full payment before check-in, which is not as per policy. the room quality was unsatisfactory; the tv was not working. i was given a 3rd-floor room even though the lift was unreliable, the lift controls on the 3rd floor were not working (had to come to the 2nd floor to use it), and at times the lift stopped working completely. i was also asked for an early check-out, which is not ethically correct. though room service was mentioned, tea could not be provided as the restaurant was under maintenance. overall, the promised facilities were not delivered.Ajay Mishra, 28 Jan

1 AverageRoom condition is not up to mark. can't say it's luxury double bed room. wall paint of the room is dampen, double bed cot needs repair or replacement. specially washroom falls roof condition is pathetic. peigens are nesting inbetween the falls ceiling and making noise and dirty.Bhartendu Shekhar, 5 Oct

1 AverageWorst hotel experience ever. not recommended to anyone. how are they even allowed to offer such pathetic rooms. water is constantly dripping from the ceiling, there is a tile missing from the washroom ceiling, the wood from bed stand is broken, no intercom for communicating with the reception. the wifi was so terrible that it was not even showing on the available connections let alone the slow speed. after complaing i was being informed that wifi is only available in rooms at the ground floor, near the reception. also while booking i was assured that the hotel has been informed of my late check-out and i also paid rs. 520 for it, but the guy at reception told me that no such information is given to them and that no rooms are available for late check-out. therefore, we had to keep our suitcases near the staircase for the remaining day.Piyush Lath, 9 Jul
