Worst hotel experience ever. not recommended to anyone. how are they even allowed to offer such pathetic rooms. water is constantly dripping from the ceiling, there is a tile missing from the washroom ceiling, the wood from bed stand is broken, no intercom for communicating with the reception. the wifi was so terrible that it was not even showing on the available connections let alone the slow speed. after complaing i was being informed that wifi is only available in rooms at the ground floor, near the reception. also while booking i was assured that the hotel has been informed of my late check-out and i also paid rs. 520 for it, but the guy at reception told me that no such information is given to them and that no rooms are available for late check-out. therefore, we had to keep our suitcases near the staircase for the remaining day.

First of all if anyone wants to book this hotel do not pay a single rupee in advanced first you can visit the property then pay if you want also the reception man switched off the lift every time if i have to go to my room ill have to tell the for switch on the lift also they will on the lift only two times afterthat they said sorry sir there is no electricity so lift is not in functioning. they are not behaving like professionally looks like they running a dharamshala there is no maintenance. i have stay for two days because i’ll payed in advanced and when i visit the room and tell them for cleaning for multiple times still they cannot clean my room for once. i highly recommend do not booked this property before visit.

One of my worst experience..the hotel was terrible small room size, no tv broken almirah, broken door noob, broken bathroom fixtures. the bedding were not cleaned, it was dirty and filthy.the lifts were not operational in the morning dont know for what reasons. i had a booking for 3 nights but i checked out after day 1 but i wasnt checked out. they are just want money from the guest but no service. post checkout i got a call from hotel that i have stollen a cell phone from reception. they tried to impersonate as police office and tried to call me back to hotel. i had visited the local police station and informed them about it. they worst place to be in varanasi. would recommend not to visit this place

Fabhotel lemon grass at chausatthi ghat, varanasi, is decent for a short stay but not ideal for longer visits. the rooms are quite small, and the first one i got had a non-functional fan, with the staff suggesting i use the ac instead. when i requested a change, the alternative room was even more cramped, so i had to adjust. the staff was polite but nothing remarkable. the in-house restaurant was closed as the chef was out of town, so i couldn’t try the food. however, the location is convenient—easily found in the lane opposite pehalwan lassi. if you only need a place to rest for the night and move on, it works, but don’t expect much comfort. conclusion: average.

This is one of the worst hotel experiences ever. having traveled all around the country and also outside, i must say never seen a worse hotel. firstly, the ac was broken. secondly, the bedsheets as well as curtains were very dirty. the washroom had an open pipe in place of a shower, so on turning the tap, water gushed out and wet the whole room. on asking for a couple of new bed sheets, the staff gave us one, and did not give us another one, acting like they had done us a favour. things maybe a little out of place but the arrogance from the staff was staggering. even the new bed sheets were torn in at least 5 places. never visiting again.

Very bad not tolerable very small room you feel suffocation in room bathroom so small you can't take bath ac not working properly staff behaviour is very rude you can keep luggage in room if you take extra bed in room they don't have extra bed sheet proper pillow in breakfast you have to fight for getting free breakfast they count pratha you will not get tea i fight then they ready to give tea and pratha i ask to give sandwich they refused they said they dont have milk for tea they refused to give pickle and curd with pratha they don't have any pickle extremely terrible i will give in minas ratting not recommended to anyone
